Tuesday 16th October – The American Experience

We have created a Masterclass for the Whisky enthusiasts to offer a fully interactive evening and in depth experience you will not want to miss. For our October Masterclass cheese expert Claudia Bowman is teaming up with one of Australia’s top whisky ambassadors Robbie Fazey to bring you a night of whisky and cheese pairings. They will captivate you in their showcase of an impressive selection of whiskies including Old Forester Statesman, Woodford Reserve Masters Collection sherry cask finish, Woodford Reserve Masters Collection white corn and Jack Daniels Single Barrel Rye, each paired with an artisan cheese. This Masterclass includes a whisky cocktail on arrival accompanied with nibbles, followed by a 70 minute presentation of four whiskies and perfectly paired delicious cheeses. A whisky and cheese lover’s dream.

Tuesday 13th November – The Japanese Experience

We have created a Masterclass for the Whisky enthusiasts to offer a fully interactive evening and in depth experience you will not want to miss. For our November Masterclass one of Australia’s top whisky ambassadors Dan Woolley will bring you a night of whisky and cheese pairings co-hosted by cheese expert Claudia Bowman. They will captivate you in their showcase of an impressive selection of whiskies including Yamazaki Distillers Reserve, Hakushu Distillers Reserve, Chita Grain Whisky, Hibiki Harmony each paired with an artisan cheese. This Masterclass includes a whisky cocktail on arrival accompanied with nibbles, followed by a 70 minute presentation of four whiskies and perfectly paired delicious cheeses. A whisky and cheese lovers dream.

We have created a Masterclass for the Whisky enthusiasts to offer a fully interactive evening and in depth experience you will not want to miss. For our December Masterclass cheese expert Claudia Bowman is teaming up with one of Australia’s top whisky ambassadors Neil Flannery to bring you a night of whisky and cheese pairings. They will captivate you in their showcase with an impressive selection of whiskies including whiskies from the Jameson, Redbreast and Middleton Very Rare ranges. Each to be paired with an artisan cheese.This Masterclass includes a whisky cocktail on arrival accompanied with nibbles, followed by a 70 minute presentation of four whiskies and perfectly paired delicious cheeses. A whisky and cheese lovers dream.

BenRiach Single Cask Tasting

Tuesday 18th December – The BenRiach Single Casks Tasting

The Doss House are excited to announce that our final whisky tastings of the year will be a very special one – a tasting of BenRiach single casks.

A tasting of rare BenRiachs like this will be a first for The Doss House, featuring casks from the Batch 15 outturn. The series has a bit of everything – young whisky, old whisky, sherry casks, port casks, rare wine casks, peated expressions, unpeated expressions… all from the one marvellous distillery.
