Whiskey & Cheese Masterclass – The Japanese Experience

We have created a Masterclass for the whisk(e)y enthusiasts to offer a fully interactive evening and in depth experience you will not want to miss.
We have teamed up with one of Australia’s top whisk(e)y experts Dan Woolley to bring you a night of Japanese whiskey and cheese pairings.
Dan Woolley is a name that has become synonymous with whisk(e)y in Australia and for good reason. Starting his journey working with the liquid gold over 30 years ago his adventures have lead him from one side of the world to the other. From Kentucky to Scotland, Canada to Tennessee, New York to Japan and just about everywhere you can think of that produces whisk(e)y, tasting thousands of different whiskies from all over the globe.
He has worked at many distilleries, trained thousands of bartenders and hosted hundreds of masterclasses and events.
Dan will captivate you in his showcase with an impressive selection of whiskeys including:
Toki, Yamazaki dr, Hakushu dr, Chita, Hibiki harmony each paired with an artisan cheese.
This Masterclass includes a whiskey cocktail on arrival accompanied with nibbles, followed by a 90 minute presentation of five whiskeys and perfectly paired delicious cheeses.
