Experience a Native Masterclass to honour all things Aussie at The Doss House.

Expert Claudia Bowman will captivate you in her showcase of an impressive selection of four Australian wines all paired perfectly with an Australian cheese and accompaniments in a fully interactive evening you will not want to miss. This Masterclass includes a cocktail on arrival, accompanied with native nibbles, followed by a 70 minute presentation. Choose from either of our native inspired cocktails; Blackberry and lemon myrtle fizz or The Rock Sour.

To celebrate Oktoberfest, The Doss House is collaborating with local Sydney breweries and offering a new and exciting boilermaker pairing every week until the 21st October. Unique and seasonal beers will be matched to a spirit that will complement both tipples. We’re not only focusing on German styles of beer, but ones that are also in tune with the season. Spring is a time that means fresh, light and fruity style will also be making an appearance. Slainte!
